Shipping and Handling:
We only ship to addresses in Mallorca at present. As most of our orders are bespoke shipping rates will be calculated on an individual basis. This need to be discussed and agreed BEFORE you place your order.
Delivery Schedule:
All delivery timescales need to be discussed and agreed in advance. We delivery all products ourselves to ensure that good arrive safely.
Returns Policy:
As all of our orders are bespoke and created specifically for you we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know when we deliver and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Making A Purchase:
Please contact us before you order so we can discuss your requirements and confirm stock availability and delivery. We then supply you with login details so that you can make your purchase via our website. Just browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal as well as PayPal payments directly. PayPal is 100% secure and your card details are never held by Good Roots.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice via email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Back Orders:
Back orders are not possible on our website. If a product is shown as “out of stock” please contact us.
