Shipping and Handling:
Shipping is charged at £3.95 per order or free on all orders of £40 or more. We only ship to mainland UK addresses.
Delivery Schedule:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days and deliver to the UK within 5-7 working days. The current Covid situation may cause delays.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
If you are unhappy with your order in any way please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 28 working days for a full refund. Your refund will be paid within 30 days, usually faster. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Any goods returned should be as new, unopened and in a saleable condition.

Credit and debit card security is handled by PayPal and is therefore 100% secure. Good Roots do not store any credit and debit card details at all.
